This booklet contains 12 patterns which are intended as insertions for items of clothing; they would be equally suitable for application. The designs in Russian tape lace are by Galina Tihonova; the fashion designer Gitta Hirscheider has provided sketches showing ideas for positioning the lace on clothing. For the patterns there are lace pricking, diagrams and descriptions. The booklet also contains short instructions for sewing the insertions to the cloth
